COCTEL DE CAMARON*
A rich and delicious version of a shrimp cocktail. Containing ketchup, orange juice, shrimp broth, fresh lime juice, oregano and a hint of red sauce. Garnished with diced onions, avocado, cilantro and jalapeño peppers.
GUACAMOLE CON TOSTADITAS
Generous amount of avocado dip made with a blend of ripe avocados, tomatoes and sweet onions. Served in a crispy tortilla bowl with chips.
ORDEN DE NACHOS
A generous amount of corn tortilla chips topped with refried beans, melted cheese, avocado slices and jalapeños.
NACHOS CON CARNE
A generous amount of corn tortilla chips topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese, beans, avocado slices, jalapeños and ground beef.
QUESO FUNDIDO CON CHORIZO O RAJAS
Melted Monterey Jack cheese with Mexican sausage or poblano peppers slices. Refried beans on the side and corn or flour tortillas.
TOSTADAS DE CEVICHE*
Two tostadas layered with guacamole and ceviche (fresh fish, marinated in zesty lime juice). A colorful and nutritious appetizer. Very tasty and refreshing!
QUESADILLAS DE CAMARON
Two fold-over flour tortillas filled with shrimp and Monterey Jack cheese grilled to melting point, with a side of guacamole.
