Shrimp with orange and tequila. This delicious dish has an orange-and-jalapeño for a tangy accent. Served with pear shaped-potato.

CAMARONES A LA DIABLA

Shrimp sautéed in spicy tomato sauce. Served with pear shaped-potato.

CAMARONES AL QUESO CON PIMIENTOS Y CEBOLLA

Shrimp with green bell pepper, red hot peppers and onions cooked in olive oil and topped withMontereyjack cheese. Served with pear shaped-potato.

CAMARONES EN CHIPOTLE

Marinade in garlic, lime juice, sea salt and pepper. Cooked with olive oil & chipotle sauce.

QUESADILLAS DE CAMARON

Two fold-over flour tortillas filled with shrimp and Monterey Jack cheese grilled to melting point. Served with white rice, black beans and guacamole.

FILETE DE HUACHINANGO AL MOJO DE AJO O A LA VERACRUZANA*

Fish filets marinated in white wine and sautéed in garlic or topped with mild Veracruzana sauce. Served with pear-shaped potato.

HUACHINANGO FRITO AL MOJO DE AJO O A LA VERACRUZANA*

Whole red snapper sautéed in garlic or topped with mild Veracruzana sauce. Served with pear-shaped potato.

MOJARRA FRITA O AL MOJO DE AJO O A LA VERACRUZANA*

Whole Tilapia (a fish with firm white flesh). Marinated with salt, pepper and fresh lime juice. Pan-fried or sauté with garlic or topped with mild Veracruzana sauce.

MAHI MAHI FISH TACO DINNER

Three soft tortillas filled with marinated Mahi Mahi fish, garnished with cabbage, cucumbers and topped with a mild chipotle cream. Served with black beans and white rice.

FISH FRY (All you can eat)

Beer batter Icelandic Codfish, served with coleslaw, tartar sauce and your choice of white rice, homemade potato pancakes or French fries. (Fridays only)
