Charcoal grilled chopped steak seasoned with slices of fresh peppers, tomatoes and onions.

Charcoal grilled steak served with hot peppers, tomatoes and onions.

MILANESA DE RES O POLLO CON PAPAS

Breaded steak or chicken breast with French fries.

LENGUA DE RES EN SALSA VERDE O RANCHERA

Veal tongue simmered in green tomato or ranchera sauce.

CHILESRELLENOS DE QUESO

Two green poblano peppers stuffed with cheese, coated with egg batter and pan-fried.

POLLO EN MOLE POBLANO

Chicken topped with our delicious homemade mole poblano sauce. Mild. (The sauce in this dish contains peanuts and chocolate).

POLLO O BISTECZAMORA

Marinated boneless breast of chicken or a skirt steak served with frijoles charros, one cheese quesadilla, grilled onions and a side of guacamole. (No rice served with this dish).

Orange Blossom Martini

This amazing martini is made with a locally made vodka, Rokker, from Madison, WI. Hand crafted with fresh orange, lime, agave syrup, orange blossoms water, and splash of cranberry juice. This recipe was invented here at La Estacion by Tony, Ivan & Eric. Cheers!
